Leonard A. Guaraldi, President (left) and Elliot Matteson, VP and General Manager. Our President and CEO, Leonard Guaraldi, attended New Hampshire Technical Institute and has worked at Bond Optics for 39 years, since he attended high school. Len has operated machinery and worked in every department associated with the company. This "hands on" experience gives him a unique and valuable approach to understanding our customer requirements and keeping our prices competitive. Elliot Matteson is our Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Matteson has 45 years of experience in the optical and machine tool industry, having held numerous positions including Director of Optical Engineering and R&D and VP of Engineering at Jones and Lamson Optical Comparator Co., a division of Textron Corp., and President of Jones and Lamson Precision Optical Co. At Bond Optics Elliot oversees day to day operations and manages in-house programs, including design and building custom polishing equipment.
